If pheasant meat was noticeably delicious,
someone would have created a franchise specializing in pheasant meat.
But it's not there.
Think of many chicken franchise stores nationwide.

Tofu became relatively common, but chicken was not.
Dasan saved five chickens, one from each house, because chicken was also precious.
In Dongguk Sesigi, written by Hong Seok-mo (1781-1857) in the late Joseon Dynasty,
Yeonpotang is recorded in detail.
It is a content that is made and boiled by sewing tofu cut in the shape of a dice,
finely cut chicken, and strip glue.
Yeonpotang in "Dongguk Sesigi" is similar to that of Dasan.
At the same time, it is similar.
It means that it has spread widely.
In the late Joseon Dynasty, many people enjoyed Yeonpotang.
Chicken often reminds me of samgyetang. Samgyetang is a food of our time.
Ginseng in the Joseon Dynasty was wild ginseng.
Cultivated ginseng appears in the late Joseon Dynasty.
Prior to that, they were all wild ginseng and wild ginseng.
There was no samgyetang boiled with precious wild ginseng and chicken.
