1. How to cook.
1) Ingredients.
· Main ingredient: 1kg of young radish.
· Ingredients: 1 cucumber (200g), 7 red peppers (70g), 3 green peppers (30g), 5 green onions (100g), 12 garlic (60g), 2 rolls (10g) of ginger (10g), 1/2 cup of salt (paste, 100g), 2 1/2 tablespoons of salt (30g), 6 cups of water (1.2L), 4 tablespoons of flour (20g), 1 tablespoon of water, 1 tablespoon of anchovy, 1 tablespoon.

3) Cooking process.

01. Scratch the roots of young radish with a knife and soak them in cold water and gently shake them to prevent green smell. Cut the ones with large roots in half and the stems and leaves in 5cm long. Sprinkle 1/3 cup of salt and water evenly, soak for 20 to 30 minutes, rinse and drain in a sieve.
