1. How to cook.


1) Ingredients.


· Main ingredients: 10g of dried pollack, 25g of radish, 15g of eggs, 5g of green onions, 
1.3g of minced garlic (seasoning), 0.1g of pepper powder (seasoning), 
1g of sesame oil (seasoning), 1.5g of cheongjang (seasoning), 1.5g of salt (seasoning)

2) Basic information.


· Cooking time: 30 minutes.
· Amount: For 1 serving.

3) Cooking process.


01. Soak dried pollack in water. When the dried pollack becomes soft, tear it thinly.
02. Clean the radish and cut it into bite-size pieces.
03. Stir-fry dried pollack, radish, and seasoning in a pot, pour water, and boil.
04. Season with cheongjang and salt, and add green onions and beaten eggs.
